- Audit and Compliance: Perform SAP system audits and ensure regulatory compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- IT Security Analysis: Conduct vulnerability management and implement advanced security measures for SAP environments.
- Continuous Security Monitoring: Provide real-time monitoring and incident response to safeguard SAP systems against threats.
Staffing Solutions
- Permanent Staffing: Deliver skilled SAP IT security professionals for long-term roles tailored to meet the Client’s organizational needs.
- Project Staffing: Provide SAP IT security experts for specific project-based engagements, ensuring successful project execution.
- Temporary Staffing: Offer short-term SAP IT security professionals to address immediate needs or resource gaps.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for IT SAP SEC Solutions to deliver services.
- Cooperate fully in the implementation of services, including providing necessary system access, data, and resources.
- Ensure their SAP environment complies with any applicable laws or regulations before engagement.
- Maintain the confidentiality of IT SAP SEC Solutions' proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Fulfill any obligations necessary for onboarding, facilitating, or managing resources provided through staffing solutions.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees for services will be outlined in a signed service agreement.
- Payments are due as specified in invoices and may include milestone-based billing for long-term engagements.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law.
- All fees exclude applicable taxes, which will be the Client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Confidentiality

6. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
IT SAP SEC Solutions complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch AVG standards to safeguard personal data. Any data shared by the Client will be processed solely for the delivery of services.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: IT SAP SEC Solutions' liability for any claim related to services will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- Exclusion of Liability: IT SAP SEC Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
